You can rent a vehicle on our website by choosing a car in advance. After booking a certain model you can successfully use our services.

What papers are necessary to rent a car?
In order to sign a contract we will need your valid passport, a driving licence, any type of bank card (whether it’s credit card or debit card) and booking voucher.

Is it possible to hand over control of the car to another driver?
If you are planning to pass car control to another person, his/her papers are required as wel. In that case rented car can be driven by two drivers as you see fit.

How can I pay for car sharing service?
We accept any type of payment which more convenient for you – it can be cash or cashless means of payment such as credit/debit cards.

How can I return a car?
Each customer can return a vehicle on their own in our office. You can also talk through the car pick-up location in advance.

How much miles can we drive on a rented car?
We do not limit you at all. You can drive a rented vehicle as much as you prefer, but according to a rented period of time.

Is it safe to use Rent&Drive car sharing services while travelling with kids?
Is you are travelling with children, we have a special option “Children seat”. You can use it and your kids will be safe and feel comfortable during the whole trip.

What car condition will I get?
We take care of your clients so we offer our clean cars and with full tank. We expect to get a car back in the same condition as it has been before.

Where should I go to rent a car?
You do not have to go to our office. Choose a location and time suitable for you on our website and we will deliver a car ourselves. All necessary paper you can sign on the spot.

Are there any age restrictions?
You can rent a vehicle when you reach 21, and you must have driving experience for at least 3 years. Maximum age to rent a car is 75 years old.

Do you have to take out insurance when you rent a car?
Arranging insurance is a compulsory condition for car sharing. Our managerwill gladly help you chose a suitable insurance type.

If I get a traffic violation, who will be responsible?
For a renting period each driver is responsible for traffic violations on his/her own. All the fees must be paid individually.
